 Major was born Beverly Constance Shenae Love on April 26, 1990 in Moline Illinois. Shenae, as her family called her, moved to Memphis at the age of 4. Major is the youngest of 4 children. She says on many occasions that her life really didn't begin until the age of 14. This is when Major began facing some of the toughest obstacles of her life, including heartbreak, sickness, and the death of her mother. All these things led up to Major wanting to become a public speaker. She wants to tell people all over the world her story and help them realize how great life can be no matter what struggles you go through. Major believes in people gaining one of these four things after hearing her speak; Inspiration, courage, knowledge and understanding.Major is currently a student at Christian Brothers University studying English Corporate Communications. Major loves writing, no matter what it is. After countless poems, songs, novels, and essays, at the age of 20, Major is finally able to share her talent with the world. Major started her very own Production Company called Rose of Sharon productions in honor of her mother and Jesus in mid-2010. Major also created a magazine to promote urban entertainment called "Memphis Arts" Her first book "Minor Mistakes Equal Major Heartbreak" was officially released Sept. 28th 2010 followed by numerous self-published novels.To book Major to appear at or host an event (party, book singing, book reading, speaking event etc.) view the contact us page.
